Darcia Tremblay: Owner of Silver Lining Solutions

Darcia Tremblay - Owner/President

Darcia has 14+ years of experience successfully processing thousands of Medicaid Applications, working with over 200 nursing homes throughout New England. Earlier in Darcia's career, she worked in advertising and public relations for 20 years.  She acquired her management skills, ability to meet strict deadlines and personal relationships with clients during this time, and these serve as her basis to be a successful Medicaid Application Professional today. The Medicaid Application process is a complicated, cumbersome compilation of years of paperwork.  Darcia is able to assist her clients and explain the process in everyday terms.  She is detail organized to ensure all Medicaid deadlines are met.  Darcia does everything within her control to ensure her clients' applications are approved in a timely manner. Darcia was previously accepted to the Massachusetts School of Law.  While she is not an attorney, she has a complete understanding of any legal issues that may arise during the Medicaid Application Process, and will refer to one of the many elder law attorneys she collaborates with. Darcia lives in Topsfield, MA with her husband and 3 daughters.  While she primarily serves Massachusetts, she frequently travels throughout New England, if there is any client needing assistance with the Medicaid Application Process.


Sue Furtado Silver Lining Soultions

Sue Furtado - Office Manager

Sue is our Silver Lining Solutions Office Manager and keeps us in order. She most likely will be the one answering the phone when you call our office. Sue has a background in office administration, and most recently worked as a Pre-K Paraprofessional at Our Lady of the Assumption School in Lynnfield. Sue is excited to be working as part of the Silver Lining Solutions team, utilizing her many organizational skills. Susan lives in Lynn with her husband, two children and their dog Brady. She likes to crochet, bake and watch all the New England sports teams, especially the Patriots! Sue is a consistent member of our team that we can always count on.


Amanda Thomas Silver Lining Solutions

Amanda Thomas - Senior Case Manager

Amanda started training with Silver Lining Solutions in July 2021, and was promoted to Senior Case Manager as of July 1, 2022 . Her background in customer service and sales with an emphasis on team building provides her with the foundation of professionalism and perseverance with her Medicaid cases. Amanda is EXTREMELY detail-oriented and thrives on organizing her case file documents, as proven by her prompt Medicaid approvals! She expresses her enthusiasm by stating, “I love the opportunity to be a part of the Silver Lining Solutions team, to work in this office and to help other people. Rita Dellisola - Case Manager


Rita's wealth of experience in client support, program management, and financial records processing makes her an ideal fit for Silver Lining Solutions' Medicaid Application Case Manager role, which she joined on May 1st, 2023. Her emphasis on team building and dedication to professionalism have already begun to positively influence our workplace environment. Rita's compassionate nature ensures that she approaches her work with care and empathy, fostering strong connections with clients and colleagues alike. When she's not in the office, Rita can often be found immersed in a good book, practicing yoga to maintain her balance, or enjoying the serenity of the beach. Lucy Gucciardi Silver Lining Solutions

Lucy Gucciardi - Medicaid Application Consultant

Lucy, a well-respected former MassHealth case worker with years of experience in application processing, has recently joined our team as a Medicaid Application Consultant. In her role, Lucy collaborates closely with our case managers to streamline the processing of application documents. She also conducts consultations with families, offering guidance on managing assets effectively throughout the Medicaid application process. Lucy's wealth of experience in working with MassHealth applications brings invaluable expertise to our company, benefiting both our team and the families we assist. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys activities such as shopping, spending quality time with her family, and tending to her garden. We are thrilled to have Lucy on board with us and we continously look forward to the valuable contributions she makes to supporting our clients and team members.


Paula Potvin Silver Lining Solutions

Paula Potvin - Case Manager

Paula Potvin joined our Silver Lining Solutions team in September 2023 as a Case Manager. Her kind and compassionate personality, dynamic work ethic, combined with her warm and friendly smile make her a perfect match with our company. Paula’s 20+ years of experience as an Import Agent and Supervisor provided her with the organization, attention to specific details and customer service skills necessary to exceed in processing Medicaid applications. Paula lives in Topsfield with her husband Ben and 2 children, making a very short commute to our office. We welcome Paula to our staff as she continues to develop and assist her clients through the Medicaid application process.


Samantha Tremblay Silver Lining Solutions

Samantha Tremblay - Marketing Assistant


Silver Lining Solutions is pleased to have Samantha Tremblay as part of our team since May 2023. Samantha, a junior at High Point University, is pursuing a major in Finance and a minor in Women’s Leadership. Prior to joining us, Samantha graduated from Masconomet Regional High School in 2022 and gained experience by job shadowing at a financial office, where she worked alongside financial advisors, CEOs, and clients. Additionally, Samantha has honed her exceptional customer service skills through her on-campus job. At Silver Lining Solutions, Samantha is responsible for managing various marketing projects and providing support on social media initiatives. She diligently works on tasks such as sending out marketing newsletters, organizing Medicaid planning seminars, and arranging enjoyable ice cream socials for the residents of our nursing homes. Samantha's cheerful demeanor and optimism contribute significantly to the positive atmosphere in our office.

Silver Lining Solutions welcomed Buster in March 2019. He is a pure breed Boston Terrier and he is 5 years old. He has high energy and loves to give kisses and greets all of our visitors at our office with love. He is very friendly, and will most likely be the first one you meet at the door!

Silver Lining Solutions welcomed Bruno in October 2021. He is a rescue dog and he is 2! He is a calm but loving dog who loves to run around the office and give hugs to everyone. He is super happy, so sweet, and has such positive energy in the office. He loves to welcome everyone that walks through the front door and his tail is always wagging!
